Man In The Mirror
Man In The Mirror
I wonder if Michael ever saw himself as he truly is... I know people speak of his plastic surgery and some judge and ridicule him for it as if it isn't already a burden for one to one to judge and ridicule their own self but there is something about people that God looks at- it's that inner light I mentioned earlier which as I child I could see so much clearer in people than I do now or maybe there's just less light in the world than there use to be that I would see... I still see it in Michael. I also see so much hurt, so much pain, so much of a burden he has carried for so long and my heart goes out to him... I love him with my whole entire heart, with the love of God and all the love God has placed in me for him- I have to say it's phenomenal and sometimes with all that I endure from things associated with him I marvel that God has placed something so strong and pure and loving inside of me... Despite hurts, anger, and many flaws in my life my love for him thrives and like that scripture where sometimes they say charity and sometimes love it endures all...
So many times I've wished Michael could see himself in God's eyes rather than a word view of things which be it good or bad a view of ourselves in a worldly way isn't what we need - we all need to see ourselves in God's eyes- which by the Holy Spirit and through the bible we are able to do that. To look at hearts, intentions and motives and judge ourselves, correct ourselves by looking in God's mirror- washing ourselves with His word, transforming ourselves with the best plastic surgery known to man. "Be not conformed to this world but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind"
Everyone has been talking about the "hologram" of Michael Jackson on the Billboard music awards. Some even ask why did they use an "impersonator." I wonder what Michael would think or say about all this talk. I'm sure he'd want to know if people liked the performance so please allow me to write about that for a moment.
That performance was incredible, the stage, the costumes, lighting, effects, music absolutely everything was simply incredible- beautiful. One needs ask themselves if they think Michael inspired and directed the efforts and if so how. You're gonna find people on the net trying to explain away how the technology worked but bottom line is Michael was all over that performance! He was incredible even in a chill stage he was hot. I don't think anything I've ever seen has been so innovative, incorporating various art forms and media in such a complementing way in my entire life - however I must say there was one shot where they went overboard on the editing and made his nose so close to the face in a side shot- it was obvious they were trying to disguise him. That's okay- a lot of people don't get it anyway.
Our man in the mirror Mr. Michael Jackson thrills again- with an amazing performance/production. I was even overjoyed to see a revised image I had created for him some time ago Oh Michael you are indeed a cutie pie and I love you very, very much...
Anyway, I meant to write about the man in the mirror and Michael's view in God's eyes not how his looks have changed so drastically through the years even looking younger than he did at one time or another. Plastic surgery is pretty incredible- I am amazed at how a person's looks can be altered so drastically by the hands of others. Usually people have plastic surgery to hide aging a bit or to remove a scar but sometimes people are fearful for their life and they go to greater measures- some even becoming almost unrecognizable- Isn't that something? I say say almost unrecognizable because there's always something that could give a person away. I look forward to watching the video again and encourage others to do the same and to think of Michael and how he has always been so innovative and pioneering in the industry.
